Why I did this:
It is important to have a physician patient relationship that is based on what is best for the person. Not interfered with the pressures of other people or entities trying to make a dollar off of a sacred trust. I mean to end seeing the patient for 3 minutes, then running off to paper work for 10 minutes. Charging off to the next visit because an insurance company said I can only have 15 minutes with a patient.
When you have an appointment with me, it is for you. If we book an hour, we will spend 50 minutes speaking. If it is a follow up, you have me for 20 minutes of face-to-face time. Medicine, your health, goals, life, and every messy thing that comes with that is on the table. This is a relationship, hopefully, life-long. One I hope that is positive for you.
I am holistic – you are my goal. We work together to take care of you as a whole. I try to prevent disease, not react to it once it is here. Traditional medicine – great. If you like natural pharmaceuticals – fine. If you don’t, that is okay too. Chinese medical arts, ancient remedies, Eastern vs Western approaches – I don’t judge. My toolbox is education and information; we make decisions together with you having the information. We do what is best for you.
